Workshop
Original games and revision activities to help students prepare for end of topic assessment

Abstract
​Various games and revision activities between 25 and 60 minutes in length for the Indonesian classroom. These tasks are aimed at high school level but can be adapted to be suitable for primary school. These are stimulating recall based activities designed to give students confidence in their abilities before an end of topic assessment. This will be a hands on session with participants trying out the activities. Students learn and recall information effectively when a task is engaging, hands on and there is an immediate reward. Participants are asked to bring along a memory stick so they can copy the relevant files for future use.

​Biodata 
Indonesian Teacher: 
1994 - current. 
Victorian government schools in Mildura, Portland, Warrnambool and Cobden.  Roles including Languages Coordinator, Sister School Coordinator, Year Level Manager, House Leader, Intercultural Understanding Team Leader, Staff Wellbeing Coordinator,  numerous department grants and scholarships, netball coach and umpire.

Indonesian Resources:
2007 - current.
Author and manager.  Creation of resources for the Indonesian Classroom.  Includes the Hima and Mega text.

Australia-Indonesia Youth Exchange Program:
2001.  
Mildura country stay coordinator.

Education:  
Indonesian at Loxton High School South Australia and at Flinders University Bachelor of Arts. Graduate Diploma of Education at Adelaide University.
