On the Horizon: Technologies that will impact on learning and teaching in the near future and how we can Indovate with them

Abstract
The Horizon Report (K-12 edition) identifies and describes key trends, significant challenges, and emerging technologies likely to have a large impact over the coming five years in education around the globe. In this workshop, we will look into the future and apply the predictions of the Horizon Report to the Indonesian learning and teaching context. What will our Year 7’s have access to by the time they are in Year 12? What about Year 1's by the end of Year 6? What should we be preparing them for in the realm of technologies? What should we expect them to be able to do? And, most importantly, how do we leverage these technologies for learning and teaching Indonesian?
