PBLL aims to motivate students by allowing them more personal direction in their language learning and increasing the authenticity of the curriculum. It is aimed that through these units, students work collaboratively to address real life problems or scenarios so they can become empowered as citizens who can discuss, analyze and solve authentic problems in the target language . This presentation will discuss what worked and what didn’t in our schools context and how PBLL can be used to make language learning more relevant to our students. |
