APSLR Based Teaching Delivery for Public Service in Canberra

Abstract
In some public service institutions in Canberra, learners need to learn up to level 2 (300-320 hours of face-to-face learnings) based on Australian Public Service Language Ratings before they can work overseas. In this paper, we would like to share our experience in teaching Indonesian one-on-one organised by CIT Solutions in Canberra. ​

​Biodata 
Shinta Benilda has been working for CIT Solutions for 11 years. She is teaching government officers before their postings to Indonesia. She contributes to exam development and marking according to the Australian Public Service language rating guidelines.
​
In the evening if not teaching night classes for the Australia Indonesia Association in Canberra, she loves going for Salsa and Bachata dancing and learning Spanish.
