Early Bird Registration - CLOSED

Early bird registration is available from 15 June until close of business on 31 July, 2016
(Australian Central Standard Time).

Standard Registration ​- CLOSED

The standard registration period will commence on 1 August until the close of business on 9 September 2016
(Australian Central Standard Time).

Late Registration

Participants registering after 21 September 2016 will only be able to do so at the discretion of the ASILE committee.

All registrations and payments to attend the ASILE conference 2016 and associated events during the conference period must be finalised by 9 September 2016 to be deemed valid.

All aspects of the ASILE conference and associated events are subject to change. The ASILE committee will provide updated information on all changes via the ASILE conference 2016 website and ASILE conference 2016 social media avenues.

Participants who register and pay in advance to attend ASILE conference 2016 who, due to circumstances beyond their control, are then unable to attend the conference will be entitled to apply for a 50% refund on the cost of conference (registration only). This refund can only be claimed in writing to the ASILE committee prior to 9 September 2016.  No refunds will be available after the 9 of  September 2016. Refund will be for 50% of the amount paid  for registration by the participant at the time of registering. All costs associated with optional events and adventures during the ASILE conference 2016 program are non-refundable.

Accommodation arrangements are at the discretion and arrangement of conference participants. ASILE conference 2016 committee takes no responsibility for organising accommodation for participants.
